Create a work of art on a 4’x4′ patch of sidewalk. Artists may begin working at 10am on Friday, March 16, and entries must be complete by 6 pm. Entrants will be judged based on creativity, style, and artistry. There will be adult and youth categories (for particpants under the age of 12). Prizes will be awarded for first place and one runner up in each category. Grand prize for first place in the adult category is a $100 Gift Certificate to Rockledge Gardens.
